2)    Data to be finalised by Dr SBS Tuladhar and Rameshwor Shrestha

7.    Overall Coordinator: Rameshwor Singh Dongol – all must follow the instructions of Rameshwor Dongol

8.    Announcers: 1) Ramani Manandhar 2) Ojesh Singh

9.    Nobody will be allowed to go to the stage except as announced

10.    Security

1)    4 paid security persons to be hired – Rameshwor Shrestha to make necessary arrangements
2)    Rameshwor Shrestha to arrange and lead volunteers

3)    Presidents of NRN, Yeti, Tamu Dhee, Magar Sangh, Reading Samaj, etc
4)    Other high dignitaries as decided later

12.    Raffle and Tickets
1)    Tickets to cost £12 per head
2)    Children below 5 years free admission
3)    Children above 5 and up to 11 years ½ price
4)    Prizes for raffle: Rameshwor Dongol to try for sponsorships
5)    Raffle and tickets to printed and signed by Rameshwor Shrestha
6)    Menka Shrestha and Pratima Joshi to assist Rameshwor Shrestha to keep track and record of tickets, raffle and accounts

13.    Nepalbhasa Education and Training
1)    All available Nepalbhasa dictionaries 3 copies each to be imported from Nepal
2)    All available books on Nepalbhasa education and training 3 copies each to be imported from Nepal
3)    Rameshwor Dongol to help in getting those books
4)    Dr SBS Tuladhar to write a letter to Natibajra
5)    One copy of each book to be kept in Central Library, Menka offered classroom and Ganga offered classroom

14.    Stage Decoration: Rameshwor Shrestha to collect all banners of Mhapuja, background, Swayambhu, Yala Durbar Square, etc.
